After announcing the
acquisition of George Lucas Film
by Disney, the news was the
confirmation to Michael Arndt of the writer to Star Wars 7. He had written
40-50 pages for several months for the new
episode of the Skywalkers (and perhaps for 2 others of saga), which the
Force-imbued family comprising Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader and twins Luke
Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa, to a close in a new trilogy.
Michael
Arndt was the writer of Little Miss Sunshine, which won an Oscar for his first
scenario and Toy Story 3, the best of Pixar Saga and the most emotional of 3. He
was also the co-scenarist for upcoming “The Hunger Games 2” in 2013.
Finally,
he is announces than an expert of Original Star Wars and he wanted the new saga
being the “insanely great ending” of 1977’s film as the result of screenwriter
Georges Lucas and leaving the audience in a euphoric state.
